Feb Term 1787

[Minute Book 4 begins in the midst of the Feb 1787 Term; some parts of the minutes of 1787 and 1788 are found toward the end of Minute Book 3.] [OCPQS 4/1 - Feb 1787] David Bradford appointed overseer of the road from Collins to Hambletons Branch. Wm Lytle & Wm Waters esqs qualified as Justices of the Peace. Court adjourns until to morrow morning 9 O’clock. Tuesday morning February 27 th 1787, Court met according to adjournment. Present: Eli McDonald, Jno Ray, Jas Freeland & Wm Waters} esqs. Conrod Long is appointed overseer of the road instead of James Wilkins. Benjamin Lacy is appointed Overseer of the road from Frederick Loyd’s Spring to Chatham Line.
