Administration on
the Estate of Rachael Williams [Jr] Dec’d is granted to James Williams &
Robert Faucett who enter into Bond with James Faucett & William Hall their
securities in the sum of £2000.
Administration on
the Estate of Rachael Williams Sr dec’d is granted to James Williams &
Robert Faucett who enter into Bond with James Faucett & William Hall their
Securities in the sum of £1000.
It appearing to the
Court that there are ten distributees & three Negro Slaves belonging to the
Estate of Rachel Williams Sr dec’d, It is therefore ordered that the
administrators have leave to sell the said Negro slaves together with all the
other personal property belonging to said Estate.
Ordered that the
Administrators of Rachel Williams Jr Dec’d have leave to sell the personal
estate of said Dec’d.
