Sarah Younger is appointed Guardian to John Younger & Richard Younger Orphans of Henry Younger Dec’d who enters into Bond with James Hart & William Dickey Sec’s in £600 each.

The Order heretofore made binding to Doctor Barnabas O’Farrill an Orphan Boy called Pomphrey Shelton Tudor [OCPQS 7/37] be rescinded & the Indenture is cancelled. Ordered that said Pomphrey be bound to William Gappins until he arrive to lawful age to learn the Art & mistery of a farmer. [But Tudor was again re-bound in short order at OCPQS 8/474.]

Ordered that the Sheriff summon a Jury to lay off a road leading from Michael Holts old place going thence by Jeremiah Holts, Daniel Albrights and thence on to the road leading from Galbraith’s ferry to Guilford Court house, meeting said road near the County line on the lands of Powel Troxler or Michael Charles.

It is ordered by the Court that Ruth Lynch an orphan Girl of the age of ten years on 11th of October next be bound to Enoch Thompson till she arrive at the age of 18 years. [Bond not found.]

Ordered that William Dainy? of the age of fifteen years on 1st day June 1813 be bound an apprentice to John Lankston until he arrives to lawful age &c.

Ordered that William Shambliss pay to Elizabeth Redmond twenty seven pounds as follows vizt two pounds immediately, five pounds first August next and five pounds annually thereafter until the whole is paid for the Support of a child of which he stands charged as the reputed father. Ordered that the Executors of Charles King Dec’d pay to Elizabeth Shaw the Sum of twenty pounds for the support & maintenance of Two children for the Span of Two years.

Ordered that the Sheriff be allowed Sixty Pounds for his Ex Officio Services.

Ordered that Mark Whithed an Orphan boy of the Age of fifteen years 20th Dec’r last be bound to Thomas Whithed until he arrives to lawful age to learn the Art & mistery of a farmer. [Bond not found.]

Ordered that the Sheriff of Orange be allowed five pounds for executing Edmond Allen under the Sentence of the Superior Court.

Ordered that the Indentures binding to William Gappins an Orphan named Pomphrey Shelton Tudor be rescinded [OCPQS 8/465]. It is therefore Ordered that said Pumphrey Shelton Tudor be bound to Robert Glenn until he arrives to lawful age to learn the art & mistery of a spinster wheel wright. [Bond not found.
