On Petition of Peter Willis & answer of Thomas Snipes esq Guardian of the aforementioned Infants, admitting the facts stated in the Petition, It is ordered & Decreed by the Court that Thomas Snipes be appointed Surveyor and John Ferrington, Pumphrey Herndon, William Forsythe, Isham Thrift, and Baxter King Commissioners to lay off and allot to the Petitioners one third part of a tract of land and allot to the Petitioners one third part of a tract described in the said Petition, and also one fourth part of the Negro Mark? Ordered that Administration of the Estate of William Howell Dec’d be granted to John Milleson who

It appearing to the Court ???? from a Certificate by James Pryor Bailey Clerk of the Court of Sapey? In the Common Wealth of Virginia that administration on the Estate of William Howell dec’d has been granted by the Court of said County, to William Hines and John Millison and that Bond & Security has been executed according to the laws of that State, it further appearing to the Court that a part of the personal Estate of the deceased lies within this State, Ordered that Administration of the Estate of said William Howell be granted to John Milleson who enters into Bond with Thomas Whitehead & George Madden his Securities in the Sum of £2000.
