Howell Dec’d be granted to John Milleson who

Pryor Bailey Clerk of the Court of Sapey? In the Common Wealth of Virginia that
administration on the Estate of William Howell dec’d has been granted by the
Court of said County, to William Hines and John Millison and that Bond & Security
has been executed according to the laws of that State, it further appearing to
the Court that a part of the personal Estate of the deceased lies within this
State, Ordered that Administration of the Estate of said William Howell be
