James Thompson s Ralph Faucett} Same Jury Charged, find that there is no pay’t and set off, that there is an accord & Satisfaction to the amount of £15.5.10, that the balance of principal due if £28.17.6 and assess Plffs Damages by way of Int to 12 shillings & Costs. Ordered that a Tax of five Cents on each $100 Value of Land and Town property, twenty Cents on each white poll and twenty Cents on each black poll be levied & col[l]ected for the payment of County Contingencies.

The said John Kirk having been Surrendered by his Security, It is Ordered that the Sheriff take the said Kirk into his Custody & Confine him in the Jail of this County until he ???? enters into recognizance for his good behavior & to Keep the peace toward Thomas Whithed and all the other Citizens of this State himself in the Sum of £500 & two sufficient Securities in the Sum of £250 each and that he appear at the next Court.
