James Thompson s Ralph Faucett} Same Jury Charged, find that
there is no pay’t and set off, that there is an accord & Satisfaction to
the amount of £15.5.10, that the balance of principal due if £28.17.6 and
assess Plffs Damages by way of Int to 12 shillings & Costs. Whereupon it is
Considered by the Court here that the said Thompson do receive of the said
