Ezekiel Trice vs Mangum & Barbee} Same Jury charged,
find the Bonds declared on to be the Act & Deed of Defendant, that the
money mentioned in the bond declared on is of the Value of £90.11, that on the
26 day of Octo 1813 there was a payment of 20 dollars of the Value of £10, that
there is no set off, that the residue of the Bond is unpaid and assess the
Plffs Damages to £6.15.9 & Costs.
Administration on the Estate of Peter Belvin dec’d is
granted to John H Belvin his Brother & enters into Bond with Jacob Bledsoe
his Sec’y in the Sum of £50.
On hearing the affidavit of Nicholas Atkins, The Court on
Motion Order that a Writ issue to the Sheriff of this County directing him to
Summon a Jury of twelve lawful men to enquire into the State of the mind of
Charles Stevens whether he be insane or not and if insane at what time he

lawful age over & above the legal freedom pay, this boy being now 17 years
25th this month. [Bond not found.]
Ordered that the indenture heretofore
Whereas it appearing to the Court that Nicholas Harder to
whom Willie Winters was heretofore bound [not found] has removed from this
State, It is therefore Ordered that the said Wiley Winters be bound to David
Bradford Jr until he arrives to lawful age to learn the Art & mistery of a

of Ten Years be bound to Henry Hesse until she arrives to lawful age to learn

for House Breaking, Larceny & felony. Ordered that the Sheriff being the

having sentence passed & rendering Judgment in his Case conviction.
The Sheriff having brought the prisoner into Court to the Bar of the Court is

and memory, And the said Thomas Snipes deposeth that the said Richard Stanford

It is Ordered by the Court that William Cain jr. who
administered on the Estate of John Cain deceased according to law make sale of
the perishable part of said Estate & also the Negroe Slaves for the purpose
of paying Debts and making distribution – excepting such Slaves as are engaged
in the crop on the Intestates Eno plantation, & such stock & crop &
utensils as may be necessary in his opinion for the use of that plantation
during this year.

A Deed from John Nicholas Harder to James Coots for 69 acres
of land on Haw River in this County was produced in Open Court & it
appearing to the Satisfaction of the Court by the Certificate of N P Hardiman
Clerk of Williamson County Court in the State of Tennessee that the said Deed
was duly proved in said Court at January Sessions 1816 by the Oath of James
Harder & James Dyal subscribing Witnesses thereto, It is ordered that the
said Deed & certificates thereon be registered.
